Sandy Mamoli
Sandy is one of NZ’s top Agile coaches, a powerhouse of positive energy, and a former Olympic athlete. She helps leaders and teams reach high performance with a hands-on, no-nonsense approach steeped in Agile. Co-author of Creating Great Teams, she’s a sought-after keynote speaker and serves on the Global Agile Alliance Board. She’s a high achiever through and through, she’s also (unsurprisingly) really into Hyrox.

Tony O'Halloran
Tony is a genius coach and facilitator who's not afraid to address dysfunction and call out bad practices. His development background gives him an edge with tech teams, and he's a natural bridge between business and tech. Tony is renown for leading teams to greatness with infectious humour and positivity. He's also renown for being a totally fearless mountainbiker.
Brenda Leeuwenberg
Brenda is the ultimate multi-purpose team player at Nomad8. She brings extensive skills and experience with coaching, training, strategy development, problem solving and making-shit-happen to any new challenge. A digital strategist with a media and agency background, Brenda has taken time out to be Head of Digital and Innovation at NZ On Air, she then created the National Strategy for Financial Capability for the Retirement Commission, and Digital Strategy for Māori Television. She keeps the Nomad8 machine humming as well.
Tracey Moerkerk
Tracey is a versatile coach and leader who thrives on helping teams and organisations achieve real, measurable results. She’s great at building high-performing, inclusive teams that embrace innovation, autonomy, and continuous growth. Known for her strategic mindset and coaching skills, Tracey stays calm under pressure and finds solutions even in challenging situations. She’s experienced in guiding organisations through agile transformations, creating and facilitating engaging workshops, and making sure the right strategies drive real impact.
Anthony Boobier
Anthony is a master of tactful navigation when it comes to the ups and downs of corporate contexts. He can coach reluctant Agile appointees into a smoothly functioning dream team with his calm, pragmatic approach. He is a certified trainer of Lean Agile Procurement practices. Ant shares his enthusiasm and knowledge as a coach, facilitator and trainer with organisations and teams in Wellington.
Danny Holtschke
Danny brings a rare mix of hands-on agile coaching and entrepreneurial grit. Having led agile transformations as Head of Agile Coaching managing 20+ coaches, and sold close to €1M in design sprint packages at AJ&Smart in Berlin, he knows what it takes to make new ways of working actually stick.
German-born and Auckland-based after a nomadic arc through Silicon Valley, Southeast Asia, and beyond, Danny bridges startup speed with enterprise reality.
When he's not deep in a workshop or building systems, you'll find him meditating, chasing his two kids around, or plotting to finally get that dog.
Paulius Tuzikas
Paulius heads up Nomad8 Lithuania. After a few years soaking up Kiwi culture, he's returned home to bring Product Management and Agile coaching to the businesses of Europe. He is passionate about personal development and is a co-author of the personal growth framework for Agile Coaches. He is constantly inventing and improving tools and techniques to help teams improve, experiment and work towards delivering value continuously.
Christian Grabowski
Christian has strong coaching and consulting experience, particularly in helping organisations focus on the most important things, setting up adaptive teams, and implementing new ways of working. He is also a talented designer and facilitator of collaborative sessions and workshops.
Christian is motivated by a passion for learning, understanding, and continually finding ways to improve. He is an avid fan of exercise and fitness, wellbeing, and discovering new things.
