Kanban Systems Design
As a New Zealand first we offer the Lean Kanban University certified Kanban System Design course.
This course is step one of two of the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification.
In this two day course participants will gain deep knowledge about the Kanban Method and will acquire skills to lead a team in their adoption of Kanban. After the two days that will be able to support their teams in day-to-day operations and help them to resolve hindrances to their workflow. Participants be able to create meaningful metrics that help the team evolve processes and practices according to their needs.
