Team Kanban Practitioner
Learn the foundations of the Kanban Method to gain entry level qualifications on your path to agility.
During this one-day interactive and highly engaging training course you'll learn the basics of visualising different types of work and their associated levels of risk. We'll focus on designing and implementing a Team Kanban board that will immediately improve your team's effectiveness.
Kanban System Design (KMP I)
As a New Zealand first we offer the Lean Kanban University certified Kanban System Design course. This course is step one of two of the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification.
In this two day course participants will gain deep knowledge about the Kanban Method and will acquire skills to lead a team in their adoption of Kanban. After the two days they will be able to support their teams in day-to-day operations and help them to resolve hindrances to their workflow. Participants will be able to create meaningful metrics that help the team evolve processes and practices according to their needs. The course includes experiencing Kanban hands-on with a simulation game.
Kanban Management Professional
The Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) course is for anyone who has experience in designing a Kanban system and introducing it in an organisation. Participants will learn how to keep momentum beyond the initial improvements and how to apply the Kanban Method effectively across their organisation.
If you are pursuing the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification and want to experience an enhanced version of its final training stage, the KMP II class, then this course is a pre-requisite.
