Doing too many things at once can slow an entire organisation down. Every successful organisation will have more great ideas than they have capacity to build, and it is tempting to start too many of them at the same time.
Too many projects in projects will slow overall delivery and create comments from your customers such as:
- “Projects take a really long time to get finished.”
- “We don’t know where our projects are at.”
- “We can’t trust your estimates.”
